We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the billing date.
Please carefully check the content of your package upon receipt: 15 days is allowed for reporting any errors. After this period, we cannot verify the weights and dimensions of the original shipment and will not compensate for items said to be missing or incorrect. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement of products.

Damaged Material: Let us know and we will replace the product(s) free of charge.
Change of mind: Call us to submit a return request.
A package received without the initial return request submitted will not be refunded.
The fixed delivery rate displayed on our site will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund (including the orders with free shipping).
The return process and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only products suitable for resale in their original sealed packaging will be accepted*.
Returned products damaged due to inadequate return packaging will not be refunded.
*On orders with several handles, if more than one is open, we won't be able to issue a refund (on the open ones)
In-Store Exchange of a Product Ordered Online: If you received free shipping on your initial purchase, the fixed delivery rate displayed on our site will be deducted from the refund if your final invoice does not meet the minimum amount required for free shipping.
Products marked as Final Sale: No Returns
Despite our rigorous quality control, a product may be defective or damaged during transport, even when packed with the utmost care. If this happens, we will promptly replace any faulty product at no cost. We will not issue a refund for products that have been misused. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement of products.

We use three carriers, the main one being Nationex. However, we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice depending on the type of package, geographical location, etc. If you have a preference among the three, you can indicate it in the comments on your order; we will contact you if additional fees are required.
1-Day Nationex Delivery:
No Signature is required. Valid for items marked "in stock" and for which our inventory is up to the required quantity at the time of your order. Orders placed before 11:00 AM will ship the same day. One Business Day: Courier services do not pick up or deliver on weekends. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it will be picked up at our warehouse on Monday and delivered to you on Tuesday. If you order on a weekday before 11:00 AM, you will receive your package the next business day.
*Depending on the time of year, there may be delays in certain areas.
1-Day Purolator Delivery: No Signature required. We use this carrier when Nationex cannot reach certain areas. If you prefer to use this carrier, indicate it in the comments, and we will contact you if additional fees apply.
Canada Post with Expedited 2-Day Service Without Signature Orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day. Example: If you place your order on Monday before 11:00 AM, generally, you will receive your package on Wednesday. Check your mailbox, as a card may be left indicating to pick up your package at the post office.
